Initially giving very little information on the phone, details have slowly been trickling out as we get closer to its official launch later this year. Red hydrogen one is the Hydrogen One. The Hydrogen One is anything but conventional. Its industrial design is unlike any other phone we've seen, with the back split up into three sections; kevlar on red hydrogen one top and bottom portions, and a metal panel in the middle that almost looks like a heat sink. There are pins along the bottom section for modular upgrades, and the rubberized sides of the phone are scalloped to presumably make for a comfier grip. So what kind of specs do you get for that kind of money. We do know that it features a 5. Positioned as a media-focused device, the Hydrogen One retains a 3. But what does that mean, exactly. This doesn't mean that 4V mode will magically make everything you do on the Hydrogen One appear in 3D. You'll even be able to attach a lens mount for interchangeable lenses and even expand the phone into a full-blown video rig. The good news is that since the 2D pictures are pretty good the 3D pictures should be too. So far, Red has teased at some camera modules, but nothing is confirmed at the time of writing. But implied in Jannard's response is a notion that the company will improve the Hydrogen's image quality over time. It's the same as the phone that came before it, only it has a new processor and bigger screen. After some time shooting with the phone, I sought out angles and framing to show off more depth in my pictures. I still like having my choice of lenses, both spherical and anamorphic and form factor of more traditional digital motion picture cameras. The Hydrogen One isn't just about consuming 3D content. It's neither , nor is it as simplistic as the hologram sticker on the back of a credit card.
